Information we handle

When a player chooses to use Epic Online Services features, the game and Epic may process the player’s Epic Account ID, Epic display name, language preference, linked-account display names, and identifiers needed to authenticate the player and operate online sessions.

The game may also process match, session, achievement, statistic, progression, and gameplay-save information. Local game settings and progress are stored on the player’s device. We do not ask for a player’s name, postal address, email address, payment information, or precise location through the game.

How information is used

We use this information only to provide sign-in, multiplayer sessions, game progress, achievements, statistics, player support, security, and the normal operation of 7th Key. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

How information is shared

Online-feature information is shared with Epic Games and Epic Online Services only as needed to authenticate a player and provide the online services selected by the player, such as multiplayer sessions, achievements, and statistics. Other players may see a player’s display name and information necessary to participate in an online match. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the game and its players.

Retention and deletion

Local save data remains on the player’s device until the player deletes it or uninstalls the game. Super 7th Key Games does not maintain a separate database of Epic Account data outside the online features described above. Epic may retain account and online-service information according to its own privacy practices and legal obligations.

A player can stop sharing Epic Account data with 7th Key by withdrawing access in their Epic account settings. Players may contact us to request help with deletion or privacy questions; we will review and respond to requests involving information under our control.

Children's privacy

7th Key is not intended to collect personal information from children knowingly. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us so we can review the request.
